DIAMONDFIT FLOW YOGA
Zen and the art of muscle maintenance is what Diamondfit is all about.Created for athletes by Über-Athlete, Renee Diamond, Diamondfit is a whole body Yogic approach that begins with the breath and continues to the core. More than just a way to work muscle, it is a proven pathway to greater stamina, stronger endurance and heightened mental fortitude.
Diamondfit combines carefully guided yoga postures with a targeted strength training regimen that lets you breathe bigger and become mightier. As lung capacity increases, muscles transform, making you fiery, flexible and fierce.
BUDOKON
BU (warrior) DO (way) KON (spirit)
Literally translated from Japanese as "Way of the spiritual warrior."
Budokon is a dynamic approach to yoga designed as a conditioning system for martial arts. It emphasizes upper body and core strength. Many of the asanas students know, positions such as plank, chaturanga, upward facing dog and downward facing dog are performed in a rolling technique that develops spinal fluidity and mindful energetic flow from one muscle group to the next, like a tiger moving through the grass.
Transitions and sequences such as Water Wheel, Windmill Lunges and Rolling Balances provide an interesting way to think and play your poses. The Dancing Dog back bend flow gives everyone the opportunity to experience their bodies in exquisite graceful expression, while the Animal Series takes your yoga off the mat and into playful action. Budokon is both fierce and fun!
